正常的流程如下；

The normal process is as follows:

1. 注射狂犬疫苗和 猫三联，获得“免疫证” 出发前30天注射， 或者是由一年有效期的免疫证

2. 芯片注射。 芯片是必须注射的，注射后，拿着检疫证，才可以办理狗证。

3. 预定航班和准备航空箱。

根据所在的城市不同，选择直飞的航班，这样宠物不受罪，也不容易出现问题。航空箱尽量选择质量好的进口箱子，并且注意一定要四面通风，底下有托盘，宠物在箱内能够自由转身。劣质的航空箱在长途飞行的过程中可能造成损坏，出现宠物离开航空箱等突发情况。宠物离开航空箱的后果是十分严重的，一般来说机场的安保人员在发现后常常会选择枪杀宠物，以免造成航空灾难或者恐怖袭击。

3. Book flights and prepare air boxes.

4. 预约体检， 拿到“健康证明书”

到海关指定的医院办理体检，提前10天办理。

5.到海关办理“动物卫生证书” 和通关单

拿着本人的护照，带着宠物，带着宠物证（狗证），1. 健康免疫证 4 健康证明书到指定海关办理手续，这一步某些海关要求代理报检，有些海关要求可以自理报检。

例如在北京，通州海关010-69578036 （土桥）负责处理北京的宠物出境，您可以自己带着宠物办理所有的手续，不需要代理公司帮助办理。 例如在天津，天津河西海关022-84203621负责整个天津的宠物出境， 必须要求代理公司负责报价，不许个人自己报检。

5. Go to the Customs for "animal health certificate" and customs clearance form

6. 出发前的登机手续。

出发当天提前3-4个小时带宠物到机场航站楼办理宠物的登机手续，一定要记得将宠物的所有证明材料，包括1. 动物免疫证、4官方健康证明（动物卫生证书）和通关单等。
